EDG Metairie Donates School Supplies for CASA Jefferson and our Community Service Team sends out a heartfelt “Thank You” to everyone who participated in donating school supplies to benefit children from the Jefferson Parish and Orleans Parish foster care system.
With your help, CASA is well on its way to making the first day of school more exciting for Jefferson and Orleans Parish foster children in the CASA Jefferson, Inc. organization. The supplies will be picked up this week and placed into backpacks to be distributed before the start of the 2022 / 2023 school year.
We collected the following school supplies for CASA Jefferson:
- 13 Binders
- 39 Packs of Index Cards
- 20 Packs of Construction Paper
- 36 Packs of Colored Pencils
- 33 Packs of Markers
- 36 Pink Pearl Erasers
- 60 Glue Sticks
- 6 Pairs of Scissors
- 20 Packs of Paper
- 13 Packs of Pencils
- 16 Boxes of Pens
- 14 Pencil Cases
- 6 Nap Mats
- 7 Packs of Pencil Top Erasers
- 15 Backpacks
- 24 Notebooks
