EDG Hosts Blood Drive with The Blood Center
The EDG Metairie office is hosting a Blood Drive on Thursday, August 25, 2022 from 12 noon to 4 p.m. in the Cenacle Conference Room. The blood drive will benefit Carson Landry, Camp Challenge, and the people of Ukraine.

Donor’s choice of one (1) from the below: (Tell staff at time of donation and / or indicate in notes section of sign-up):
- Receive The Blood Center’s Water Bottle (while supplies last);
- Make a replacement donation for 3 year old Carson Landry who is a Leukemia Patient undergoing Chemotherapy for the next 1-3 years. Transfusions are an ongoing part of his recovery. Read Carson’s Story;
- Support a camp for kids battling blood disorders (Camp Challenge) by choosing From the Heart Club option. For information: www.campchallenge.org; or
- Help the Blood Center support the humanitarian efforts for the people of Ukraine.
**Although donors are NOT required to wear masks, the Blood Center team will have masks available should you choose to wear one. The blood drive team will be practicing social distancing and wearing their own masks during the event.
