EDG’s Metairie Community Service Team Holds a Food Drive Benefitting Second Harvest Food Bank and the South Louisiana Area.
From May 8th through June 5th, the EDG Metairie Community Service Team successfully conducted a food drive to support our local neighbors via the Second Harvest Food Bank of Greater New Orleans and Acadiana. This initiative culminated on the afternoon of Friday, June 5th, with a volunteer packing session where participants boxed donations for distribution.
Taking part in the betterment of our local communities is at the core of EDG’s values. We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed food items and volunteered their time to make this effort a success.
