UPDATE 06/06/2023: Thank you for your generosity in donating about 350 items to the Friends of the Library!
Community Service falls under the EDG, Inc. Unifying Principle No. 12, Generosity. Although number 12 on the list, each Unifying Principle has an equal share of the 12 parts that make up our logo. Each one of the 12 encompasses its own strength to hold it all together.
We are never shocked, but always amazed by the incredible generous nature of our employees. Recently, the EDG Metairie Community Service Team held a book drive to benefit the Friends of the Jefferson Public Library. We were able to donate about 350 items!
Thank you for your support in making the book driev a huge success and in showcasing the meaning of Generosity.

The EDG Metairie Community Service Team invites you to participate in our Friends of the Library Book Drive.

Collection bins are located on the 7th and 10th floors in both kitchens. The event ends on May 26th!
Requested: Hardcover and Paperback Books, CDs, DVDs, and Records
Exclude: Damaged books (Taped, Torn, Wet, Excessive Underlining, etc.), Encyclopedias over 2 years old, Textbooks over 5 years old, Magazines, Readers Digest, Home Videos, Items with Inappropriate Content.
