“I am very pleased to reach an agreement with Nihar to combine our complimentary services and expertise as we broaden our services and customer base in the Asia Pacific region,” said EDG Australia General Manager, Alan Fotheringham.

“We have been working together for some time now and this is a natural evolution of that relationship.”

“Through this partnership we have the ability to identify, analyse, and solve the asset performance challenges of our customers through the combination of deep domain expertise and enabling technology.”

Nihar is the largest asset management specialists in Australia with 80 full-time engineers and data scientists.

Across the energy, industrial, and resources end markets there is pressure on extensive critical assets to meet an increasing demand for raw materials and products.

“By joining forces, EDG and Nihar will have proven capabilities across the entire asset lifecycle, with a successful track record in the operating and optimisation phase integrated with project development and execution,” said Mr. Fotheringham.
