P6 is the industry standard for sophisticated project management software allowing the capability for full analysis of detailed projects.  Other scheduling solutions are available as we utilize a methodology which allows for maximum scalability.  


Cost Controls

Cost control is not merely the documentation of existing expenditures, but the prediction of future cash flow and final cost so that trends can be identified and controlled. EDG uses time tested cost workbook technology to capture costs and allow for single input data capture instead of multiple manual inputs which multiple the chance of human error. Direct download of SAP or Vision files support the quick population of cost files each reporting cycle.


Project Dashboard Creation
