This places a significant portion of the financial responsibility for the purchase on Procurement Solutions, while mitigating a great deal of the risk for customers.
With a single point of contact handling the many facets of the procurement transaction, complex issues such as Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, transfer of title and other financial obligations are more seamlessly managed.
