Preliminary engineering was completed for an existing cement terminal to double the output of the facility and, in most cases, eliminate the need to double handle product.
Construction and staging requirements were also reviewed to understand and minimize the impact to the surrounding community.
The Project Scope includes the below equipment:
- Addition of a storage tank
- Additional truck lane plus Scale
- New air gravity conveyors moving product to the existing and new load-outs
- Addition of a truck load spout inclusive of filter, lump breaker, and aerated bin bottom
Addition of various structures and foundations to facilitate addition of equipment, additional truck traffic, and improve site drainage.
