Registration
We request information from you on our registration form. This information is used for order fulfillment, customer service and to understand your areas of interest. You may be asked to provide delivery information and information about your industry and job title to help us identify which of our product and /or services is right for you.

Contractual Relationships
EDG is the sole owner of the information collected on this site and EDG WILL NOT provide your information to any third party service, sell, share, or rent this information to others. The information may be provided to vendors who provide various services on our behalf such as fulfillment, customer service and web hosting. These vendors are not allowed to sell, rent or lease your personally identifiable information and cannot use your information for any secondary purpose.

Marketing Affiliates Practices
EDG is working hard to offer our clients a greater number of valuable services. All EDG list information use is restricted to that which directly promotes EDG or one of its related interests. EDG DOES NOT share, sell or rent any information with other organizations except under the following conditions: 1.) EDG may send members of the EDG mailing list information regarding new ventures, business opportunities, and spin off companies that EDG wishes to promote. 2.) EDG may use vendors to assist in the distribution of information to its list members. Each vendor acts as a representative of EDG and uses the information for the one-time promotional use as specifically instructed by EDG. EDG WILL NOT DISTRIBUTE LIST INFORMATION TO ANYONE OTHER THAT THOSE SPECIFIED ABOVE.

Cookies
Cookies are files that your web browser places on your computer's hard drive and are used to tell a web services administrator whether you have previously visited a web site. EDG does not currently employ the use of cookies on their site but may elect in the future to issue a session cookie only to record information for the duration of a specific session. The session cookie will not include either the username or password of the user.

Exceptional Circumstances
Please note that if EDG, Inc. is sold or disposed of as a going concern, whether by merger, sale of assets or otherwise, the relevant customer database of EDG, Inc. could be sold as part of that transaction. We also may have to release personally identifying information when it is necessary to comply with judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants or orders. If such unlikely circumstances occur, every list member will be notified and given the opportunity to change their mailing preferences or opt-out. A Special Note About Children
Persons under the age of 18 are not eligible to use any services on this site.

This web site takes measures to protect the personal information you enter by using secured database servers and other industry-standard technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site. Any compromise in security would result in a notification to all list members.

EDG Opt-out
EDG, Inc greatly values your privacy and we strive to give you control over how we contact you. WE DO NOT sell, rent or lease your personal information. If you opt-in to our mailing list we may occasionally send you E-Mail informational notices about services that we believe you may find valuable. If you wish to receive information via postal mail instead, please e-mail contactedg@edg.net with "Postal Mail Only" in the subject line or call 1 800-EDG-9298 and state that you would prefer to receive EDG promotional information via postal mail instead of e-mail. If you do not wish to receive these offers via e-mail and would like to be removed from EDG's mailing lists altogether, please select the e-mail opt-out link, reply with opt-out in the subject line or call toll free 1 800-EDG-9298 and state that you would like to be removed from the EDG mailing list.

Correcting/Updating Personal Information
If you want to view or change any personal information you previously provided to us (such as your address) you can do so on the EDGmail.com site.

Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our site by identifying them as changes to our previous privacy policy. We will 1.) Notify all list members of our changes via mail or e-mail depending on the list members preferences. 2.) Post those changes on our site by identifying them as changes to our previous privacy policy, and 3.) Offer the opportunity for current list members to change their preferences or opt-out prior to the policy changes taking effect. In the very unlikely event changes to our policy would occur we will identify those changes on our web site for at least 60 days so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
