The EDG Metairie Character in Action Team (Community Service Team) partnered with Catholic Charities of New Orleans to adopt a family in their gift giving drive. The team set up an "Angel Tree" and requested donations for the family in need to make their Christmas special this year. The coming together of our generous employees who opened their hearts and wallets to help is what the spirit of Christmas is all about. All of the presents are wrapped, tagged, and packaged for the family to enjoy a wonderful Christmas. In all, there are two bikes, eleven large bags of food, presents, household goods and $550 in gift cards.

Our hats are off to several of our EDG Metairie employees for their participation in the #BikeMS #MS150 "Dat's How We Roll" ride that took place this past weekend through Louisiana and Mississippi. The event was a two-day 150-mile bike ride to raise money, bring awareness, and get the world one step closer to seeing an end to multiple sclerosis. Congratulations Team EDG!
This weekend, October 10 and 11, several of our employees will be participating in the Bike MS: Dat's How We Roll ride. This event is a 150-mile bike ride through Louisiana and Mississippi to bring awareness and contribute to one day seeing an end to multiple sclerosis. EDG, Inc. and the Institute for Supply Management of Greater New Orleans (ISM-GNO) are hosting a supply chain seminar at the offices of EDG, Inc. in Metairie on September 17, 2015.
