Technical Development

Our program creates many opportunities for new recruits to gain exposure to all aspects of the company with a focus on professional and personal development. Through formal classes, on-the-job training and off-site, technical training, the goal of the program is to develop technical and project management skills to groom all recruits into great onshore or offshore oilfield or industrial engineers.
