Ocean Energy, Inc. along with partner Spinnaker
Exploration Company, L.L.C. developed the Zia reserves utilizing subsea technology tied-back to a third party host facility. EDG provided conceptual engineering, feasibility, and front-end engineering to assist in concept selection including project execution plans. The design basis included production of a single well subsea tieback with expandable subsea and topsides facilities. Additional services included project management, facilities design, drafting, procurement, regulatory and project controls.
