With over 30 years of experience in design and engineering and over twenty years experience as a facilities engineer and project manager Ed has been responsible for the mechanical design, fabrication and installation of offshore gas and oil processing facilities in the Gulf of Mexico and Angola, Africa. He has extensive experience in the upgrade of existing facilities and infrastructure for regulatory compliance and process debottle-necking.

He has served as project manager on domestic and international assignments involving multi-well oil and gas production facilities, field development, platform upgrades, deepwater subsea tiebacks, floating production facilities and pipelines in locations including the Gulf of Mexico, Angola, Nigeria, Cameroon and Venezuela.

Mr. Ruppert graduated from the University of New Orleans in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
