Responsible for Human Resource Management and allocation of material and equipment for the successful completion of numerous engineering and EPC contracts varying in size and complexity, Tim Moreau joined EDG in 1990. He has been responsible for preparation of over 50 due diligence studies for numerous clients including Nerco Energy, Petsec Energy, Darcy Energy, Celebrex Energy, W & T Offshore, Chevron, and Murphy.

He served as Project Sponsor to a consulting team who evaluated alternatives to rebuild, debottleneck and add exploration reserves to a Gulf of Mexico field heavily damaged by hurricanes including hazard identification and development of field safety and evacuation philosophy. And also helped develop concepts for projects including deepwater subsea tiebacks for major oil companies.

Mr. Moreau received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University in 1978.
