Project description: Joint effort between Chevron and EDG to design an offshore scavenged sour gas processing facility. EDG provided all mechanical design, project management, process, structural upgrades, and instrumentation design. The modification design basis was to process 120 MMSCFD and dispose of 2,000 BWPD through a three-phased water filtration system and well disposal system. The glycol dehydration system features an external vapor condenser to handle BTEX emissions into the environment. The platform accommodates sour scavenged production from a four-satellite platform system. Services included project management, simplified flow diagrams, mechanical flow diagrams, pipeline permit drawings, sour gas piping specifications, relief system design and analysis, SAFE Charts, and equipment layouts
