EDG provided detailed engineering services for a 2000 HP booster compressor installation on a 1078' water depth guyed tower platform. Deck height constraints led to an initial plan to use a bullfrog crane for equipment installation. This plan was later modified for installation using the existing platform cranes. A process review identified the need for L.P. system debottlenecking which was also designed. The project included design of a compressor shed with compressor coolers on top and an integral bridge crane. A monorail and firewall extension were also designed.
