Turnkey adaptation of Dow Chemical’s proprietary SulFerox™ process for offshore installation. All design, fabrication, and installation included in scope. Total unit consisted of eight (8) truckable packages. Design rate was 7.5 tons of sulfur/day. Scheme included pre- and post-treatment of sour gas and SulFerox™ system design. Services included project management, process flow diagrams, mechanical P&IDs, complete engineering design, SulFerox™ process modular
adaptation, special SS piping specifications, minimal footprint modularization, vent system design & analysis, modular fabrication, onshore assembly and testing, and offshore installation.
