EDG provided conceptual and detailed engineering for the addition of a 4,000 HP Solar turbine compressor package to produce 127 MMSCFD of natural gas from deepwater tie-backs on Chevron’s "Gemini" platform. Services included mechanical, structural and electrical engineering, procurement, piping and instrumentation design, project management, process hazards analysis, installation and heavy lift planning, and regulatory permitting.
