With over twenty-five years of experience as a facilities engineer and project manager responsible for the mechanical design, fabrication and installation of worldwide offshore gas and oil processing facilities, Gary has been responsible for generating facilities and pipeline cost estimates for the evaluation of several development scenarios for a new oil field located off the coast of Angola; the design, installation, and start-up of a high pressure waterflood filtration and injection process on an existing offshore production platform; alternative analysis and selection for a major oil company considering a major new offshore development; and feasibility and front-end engineering for the replacement of a 800,000 barrel FSO with a 30 mile pipeline and pumping station off the coast of Gabon, Africa.
Gary earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University in 1981.
