Professional Resources

One-third of our engineers hold the Professional Engineer (PE) credential and, together, they develop and maintain our engineering guidelines, calculations, code compliance and standards. They also ensure our strict adherence to Texas and Louisiana PE laws on stamping deliverables and have formed committees to create Q&A manuals. EDG further prepares our PEs for leadership roles through an established Project Managers (PMP) program. Our PEs share their knowledge and rich experience with novice engineers in our mentor program to help them grow in their careers and prepare for the PE certification. We also have a program in place to train international engineers to maximize project results while meeting nationalization requirements.
